The 5th Annual Pickin’ for Preemies Acoustic Jam, benefiting Cook Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is an entertaining evening of music, families and BBQ including more than a dozen of the hottest Texas Red Dirt Artists. The exceptional dedication of talent has provided for an ‘A-List’ in Texas Music year after year.    

Pickin’ for Preemies 2010 will be held at  Billy Bob’s Texas on September 6, 2010, from 5pm-9pm. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.com beginning July 19, 2010. Sponsorships, private tables, and premium tickets/reservations are now available.  Please go to the Donate page  for more information. All proceeds go directly to Cook Children’s Health Foundation benefiting the NICU.

The Frazell family is proud to celebrate five years of this fun event after founding it in 2005. And, they appreciate the many individuals that ‘make it happen’ year after year. Pam Minick remains the outstanding event Hostess. Michael and Sandra Brown are this year’s honorary chairs. Event Co-Chairs are Jamie and Melanie Adams along with Donnie and Julie Siratt and their families. In affiliation with the Cook Children’s Health Foundation, numerous volunteers and committee members, there are many individuals in the Pickin’ for Preemies planning posse that are each integral in the success of this event!   

This year’s theme is: Promising Hope.
